A Massachusetts native, Daniel Saltus earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Boston College in 2005, and his juris doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2008, where he focused on oral advocacy and trial practice and was a member of the student bar association. After graduating from UConn he joined Raymond Schwartzberg & Associates in Manhattan and began trying personal injury cases for that firm shortly thereafter. Mr. Saltus is familiar with all phases of litigation in both Connecticut and New York and has also won appeals. Mr. Saltus is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, and New York’s Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts. Mr. Saltus has been trying cases for a decade in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Trial Lawyers’ Associations and the Fairfield County Bar Association.

A Manhattan native, Hilary Saltus attended the Chapin School, before enrolling at New York University. She graduated cum laude from New York University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics. She then attended the University of Connecticut School of Law, and graduated in 2008. While at UConn attorney Saltus was an executive editor of the Connecticut Law Review. After graduation, attorney Saltus joined her father at Raymond Schwartzberg & Associates. Attorney Saltus has focused her practice on pleadings, motions, legal research and appeals. She is a member of the Fairfield County Bar Association.
